Open Commerce also provides free, live, U.S. based support for its products from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday except holidays. To address your issue with one of our technicians, please go to our support page at Support and open a ticket. NOTE: Our support group is unable to work on your issue until a support ticket has been opened.
If you would like assistance with installing / configuring your product, Open Commerce offers professional installation services for some of our products as an add on purchase through the store.
